01 / The ladder

What it costs

A DutchCham membership runs annually from 1 April to 31 March. Membership fees are paid on a pro-rata basis. Rates as published on 22 September 2026, in the currency the chamber quotes them in.

Gold Member

Corporation, corporate representative plus 10 additional members. Full page listing in the business directory, logo on the website and all DutchCham events, exclusive events, an article in the newsletter and on LinkedIn.

Corporate Member

Corporation, corporate representative plus 5 additional members. Half page listing in the business directory, an article in the newsletter and on LinkedIn, corporate news in the newsletter and on social media.

HK$ 10,130 / year

SME Member

Exclusive to SMEs with less than 50 employees worldwide. The corporate representative has a voting right, basic listing in the business directory, no additional members.

HK$ 4,130 / year

Associate Member

Individual. The member has voting rights, basic listing in the business directory, no additional members.

HK$ 3,880 / year

Overseas Member

Individual or corporation, non-resident in Hong Kong. No voting rights, basic listing in the business directory, no additional members.

Start-Up Member

Exclusive to SMEs for a period of two years. The start-up should have no affiliated companies outside of Hong Kong. No voting rights, basic listing in the business directory.

HK$ 2,070 / yearThe reduced rate can only be used up to 3 years after incorporation. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation is required.

Young Professional Member

Individual under 32 years. No voting rights, basic listing in the business directory, no additional members.

HK$ 765 / yearA copy of an HKID or passport is required.

02 / What it carries

The benefits, by type

Read off the comparison their benefits page publishes as an image. Only rows legible in it are carried, and its six columns group SME and Start-Up together where the fee table separates them. That grouping is theirs.

Members in membership

Every type carries one representative member. Gold adds 10 additional members and Corporate adds 5. The other types carry no additional members.

Events and activities

A special member price for events, access to committees and exclusive EuroCham activities on every type. Invitations to exclusive events, custom event planning and priority access to flagship events are Gold only.

The Consul General’s residence

A new members lunch at the residence of the Consul General, on every type except Overseas.

Business directory listing

Full page for Gold, half page for Corporate, basic for SME, Start-Up and Overseas, and an individual listing for Associate and Young Professional.

Marketing and exposure

A vacancy in the newsletter on every type. Corporate news in the newsletter and on social media for Gold, Corporate, SME and Overseas. A content-driven article in the newsletter and on LinkedIn for Gold and Corporate. Logo on the website, on all event materials and in the email signature are Gold only.

Voting rights

Gold, Corporate, SME and Associate members vote. Young Professional, Start-Up and Overseas members do not.

Soft Landing Kit

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong can help you with the first steps of getting your boots on Hong Kong grounds. A short questionnaire goes to a selected list of preferred service providers in Hong Kong that have a strong Dutch heritage, who then contact you with their proposal.

Guide to Setting-up a Business in Hong Kong

Updated annually, with practical information on issues like visa applications, tax and finance procedures, and a list of useful contacts, agencies and websites.

The Academy

Cantonese and Mandarin language courses at beginner level, ten days each, every session a 50-minute teaching hour plus a 50-minute conversation hour.

Quality Control

Supply chain inspections at various stages of the production process, through a network built over twenty years across China, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Turkey.

Job Board

Vacancies and job seekers. A job advertisement runs for six months on the website, twice in the Upcoming News and Events newsletter and once in the chamber magazine.
