We only need a few details about your (upcoming) business. And no worries, there are no fees or strings attached and everything is on a voluntary base! We will forward your details to our preferred service providers who will then contact you directly to discuss your case and help you with any further questions.
The English formThe Dutch form
To start your company in Hong Kong, did you know that
- You have to register a limited liability company in Hong Kong, generally comparable to a Dutch B.V.
- The company requires one or more shareholders and directors as well as a registered address in Hong Kong.
- The company will not be incorporated by a local notary but registered by a local service provider with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, a government body somewhat comparable to the Dutch “KvK”.
- The company requires the appointment of a local company secretary who will assist you in going forward and keeping the company in good standing.
- The company’s annual financial statements are required to be audited in support of the annual tax return filing.

Vacancies
Are you looking for new staff?
Dutch Chamber members can advertise their job vacancies free of charge. It will be placed on the Dutch Chamber website for a duration of three months and will be included in two separate editions of the weekly Business Talk newsletter.
Non-members can advertise their job vacancies via the Dutch Chamber as well. For HKD 600, the vacancy will be posted on the Vacancies page for three months. For an additional fee of HKD 1,000, we can also publish your vacancy in our Business Talk newsletter for one month, which is sent out every Wednesday (a total of four appearances).
To extend your listing for a month on our website, there will be an additional HKD 150 charge.

Are you looking for a job?
You are welcome to place a job advertisement on our website to increase your visibility amongst Dutch Chamber members. This service is provided free of charge for members, while a fee of HKD600 applies for non-members. Your advertisement will remain active on the website for three months, and will be featured in two editions of our Business Talk newsletter.
To proceed, please provide a short personal introduction and outline the type of role and sector you are targeting (maximum 200 words). Please also include a copy of your CV and a professional photo (maximum 1MB) to accompany the listing.
